The value in our network 'talent pool' lies in it's specialisation of transformation and change projects, in the various elements of Corporate Services - Finance, HR and IT, along with organisation and change structure and system architects. We have developed a network pool of varying experience and project roles to ensure however specific or large your project requirements are we can provide assurance that you will be supplied with key individuals that meet your requirement needs, whilst providing a strong track record of delivery.

We provide resource solutions to both private sector and public sector projects, but our wealth of public sector change experience has allowed us to focus on such projects due to key transformation activity in this arena.

Our business model deviates from the recruitment norm, where we pride ourselves in keeping open and clear communication channels with both clients and candidates alike, where long term strategic working relationships are initiated, developed and built on.

Our focus with both clients and candidates is very much on the long term and the emphasis of providing both with high quality customer service and go out of our way to keep communication channels through busy and quiet times. This allows us to ensure our 'network talent pool' is adequately resourced at all times for us to draw on for any last minute requirements by clients. 

Lastly our team have good first hand experience of project delivery and project resourcing, in both the public and also the private sector, from small transformation projects, through to restructures and strategic IT rollouts.

As advocates for business change and transformation, we are continuously reviewing our own business model to develop further how we can add further value and challenge the traditional models of project / interim recruitment delivery. Our current model is being evaluated and used as a case study for an Mba dissertation project on the changing role of professional services within the public sector, and assess the future requirements / demand in a very different public sector procurement world that we face in the next 5-10 years.
